Thirty days on anything digital. Reply to your receipt and it goes back.

The policy

Read it, use it, and if it has not earned its place in your kitchen, tell us within thirty days and we refund it in full. No form, no questions, and no survey to sit through on the way out.

A refund policy you have to argue for is a policy designed to keep money it did not earn. This one is not that.

How to do it

Reply to your receipt, or email robin@everydayblender.com from the address you bought with, and say which product. That is the whole process.

When the money lands

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Most banks show it within a few business days. Some take a week, which is their pace, not ours.

Before you call your bank

Your card statement will show COLORFUL BRANDS, which is the company behind Everyday Blender, so the charge may not look familiar. If you do not recognize it, email us first. We answer the same day in almost every case, and it is a great deal faster than a chargeback.
